I love tags and minis

Hi there
Just a quick post to show you the layout I made for Scrapaddictes' March challenge and a sweet mini album I made for my daughter's birthday.I went crazy with those papers by Gossamer blue and WRmemory keepers.I used almost everything in the kit and it felt good:)
The challenge this month is "I love tags".You still have time to create something and post it on the blog here,as long as you include a tag.Come on and join us.

My layout and two sneaks

Hi everyone!

Friday is always the best, right?.Makes you feel the weekend is going to be so great.

Well,just before I stretch my legs on the sofa and grab my granny squares,I have a layout to show,a challenge to remind you and  peeks of another project.

Let's begin:

I made this layout for this month's challenge for scrapaddictes-which will be up untill the end of the month.Purposes or goals or resolutions for the new year.

I chose pale colors and touches of gold for this page.It took me so long to write my journaling below my photo.I wrote and erased it about four times.Always a nightmare!I used some products from Open Book collection by crate paper and Stitched by Amy Tan.

The tiny words is from a set of stamps I had from citrus twist.

 

The other project I was talking about:Ana from scrapaddictes sent me this beautiful neon instagram album which I filled with lots of photos I took back in November.You can read the whole post  and see all of the photos here.Here are two sneaks.

Life story cards and a mini notebook

Some time ago I printed some Life Story cards from Blinks Of Life and didn't have the chance to used on a PL spread.And then I forgot about them.And then I remembered them.So I thought why not use them to make a something like a mini notebook for myself,where I could write thoughts and quotes I really liked?

The thing is that I had the idea to print some of them on white cardstock and some on transparency.And I combined two cards in one.I'll show you what I mean.

This is  the confettis card set and let me tell you that they are no longer sold as                printables but only as a set  of printed cards ready to use.And look at my photos:

 I also printed a photo of me for the cover and decorated the rest of the cards with bits of embellishments.

Ένα στα γρήγορα

Σε λιγότερο από μία ώρα και μόνο με υπόλοιπα,έφτιαξα ένα αλμπουμάκι,γιατί είχα λίγο χρόνο σήμερα το πρωί.Είμαι πολύ περήφανη για τον εαυτό μου που το κατάφερα τσακα τσάκα.Γιέα!

Το θλιβερό της υπόθεσης είναι ότι το πήρε η κολώνα του σπιτιού να το δώσει στους γονείς του(κλαψ φέρτο πίσω γαμώτο).Στην αρχή είπα "ναι,ΟΚ,πάρτο" αλλά το μετάνιωσα μόλις τον πήγα στο σταθμό.Άς πρόσεχα....

Α!Υπάρχει κι άλλο θλιβερό.Αυτό το χαρτί με την πεταλούδα που έχω βάλει στο εξώφυλλο (polka dot party)το έχω τόσο καιρό (και μάλιστα διπλό) και το κρατούσα για κάτι ιδιαίτερο(ξέρεις,μια δεξίωση στου πρέσβη!)και τελικά πάλιωσε και κατάντησε "υπόλοιπο".Ποτέ ξανά!

Ας πάμε στο προκείμενο τώρα

Mini album #2

Δεύτερο μίνι άλμπουμ που φτιάχνω και το λέω με κάθε επισημότητα όπως αρμόζει άλλωστε και στη μέρα.Εδώ μέσα είναι όλο μου το ταξίδι στο Λονδίνο.

 Εύχομαι σε όλες σας καλή χρονιά και μακάρι ο νέος χρόνος να μας φέρει ό,τι ξέχασε ο  προηγούμενος.
